Senior Property Manager/ Division Lead

We are looking for a Seasoned Property Manager to run the day to day operations of a small portfolio of residential single family and multifamily properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of property management, the local real estate market, be able to negotiate effectively, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all operations of the property management portfolio of the brokerage.
Must have an active Utah Real Estate License to qualify for the position.
Must a have a seasoned track record of property management and be able to show ability and history of performing such work.
Must have own transportation.
Must work well with other staff.
Responsibilities: * Negotiate all leasing documents.
* Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships.
* Be knowledgeable of all applicable laws and regulations related to property management.
* Manage the entire move in-move out process of all tenants.
* Manage and oversee all unit repairs, unit remodels and sub-contractors.
* Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented.
* Must be a master at communication.
* Must be trustworthy to work on your own and complete all needed tasks daily.
* Must be great on computers, be familiar with Microsoft Office and property management software.
