SCHEDULE
Full Time

Manage, coach, and develop the real estate team including the Transaction and Property Manager
Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of real estate team.
Engaged in the site selection process.
Conducting market analyses to determine fair market values of properties.
Develop new analytical techniques and tools for the analysis, investigation, and research of real property management activities.
Oversee all aspects of a property transactions from start to finish.
Manages the resolution of complex or unusual business problems such as zoning, easements, and permitting.
Responsible for all document flow related to real estate development projects.
Utilize market development plans for short- and long-term forecasting.
Manage select broker relationships and reporting.
Communicate with all development team members to ensure all projects are expedited and risks are minimized while managing critical path to all transactions.
Engaged in the development community and effectively network with brokers, landlords, and others.
Oversee the negotiates of all real estate acquisition contracts with the real estate team and legal.
Attend various agency and community meetings as directed by the VP of the REDC Team.
Works effectively and regularly across functions.
Review and prepare specialized reports and deliver presentations on important real estate matters.
Provide proactive advice to the VP of the REDC Team on real estate related projects / program performance, cost trends, early warnings, and savings opportunities.
Prepare and deliver detailed quarterly reports on portfolio performance.
Preforms other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Experience
6 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
Extensive knowledge of real estate development process including broker management, negotiation, real estate contracts, demographic analysis, financial analysis, site plans and zoning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or 4 years additional professional experience.
Education must be from an accredited institution.
Education and work experience will be verified.
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
Broker license is plus.
MCR, CCIM or CPA is a plus.
Managerial Responsibility
Has leadership/managerial responsibilities that are direct or through work leaders or assistants, typically with a subordinate group of 2 to 10 employees.
Estimates personnel needs and assigns work to meet these needs.
Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of assigned staff.
Recommends candidates for employment, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff, and applies company policy.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Demonstrated proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
ARGUS is a plus.
GIS applications
Language Skills
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to read and follow instructions.
