Master Esthetician/Front Of House

The role of a Master Esthetician (ME) is to represent AKIN in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company's core values and vision: Become a PREMIER BEAUTY & HEALTH SPA that delivers profitable growth without compromising our authentic culture.
A ME is able to work with like -minded individuals who share in their excitement and passion for helping others feel and look their best.
Duties and Responsibilities: because we cannot list all responsibilities and duties you may do at the spa, this is not all encompassing ● Responsible for greeting guests with a positive and upbeat personality ● Responsible for providing every guest with a “Get to know you” consultation ● Responsible to be knowledgeable, competent and confident in all AKIN treatment protocols ● Responsible to be knowledgeable, competent and confident in all AKIN retail products ● Responsible to post and share on social media 5x a week ● Responsible for educating guests on value of Memberships and selling memberships ● Responsible for managing your time so guests receive their full service ● Responsible for educating all guests on retail skincare products and the importance of homecare.
● Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and laundry.
● Responsible for educating guests on current in-spa promotions.
● Responsible for arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
● Responsible for following all corporate policies and procedures.
● Participation in community events when needed and street team marketing once a week.
● Responsible to work as a team and help out other team members ● Responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing AKIN terminology and scripts ● Responsible for reaching sales and service goals each month ● Other duties as assigned.

● Sales experience is preferred Services our Estheticians offer: * Microneedling * Chemical Peels * Hydro facial * Dermaplaning * Acne Facial * IPL * Laser Hair Removal * European Facial * Facial Waxing * Teeth Whitening Product lines we carry: * Alastin * SkinMedica * Lira Other responsibilities: Building your schedule is key to success, you’ll use your time to network and connect with potential guests * Go out and hand out flyers and business cards to other businesses * Create social media content and posts * Work with the manager on items that need done at the spa * Keep service area and dispensary clean and sanitary at all times * Arrive 15 mins prior to shift start to prepare for guests * Participation in community events and street team marketing when requested * May require hours outside of regular scheduled shift The duties of this position may change from time to time.
