Receptionist

De’Luxe Beauty Lounge is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued clients.
If you are a customer-focused individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for the beauty industry, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and appointment requests.
* Ensuring the salon is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Warmly greeting clients as they arrive and checking them out after their services.
* Efficiently scheduling and rescheduling appointments to optimize salon operations.
* Handling payment transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling.
* Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
* Collaborating with the salon team to ensure a smooth client experience.
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient computer and phone skills.
* Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
* Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
* Punctuality and reliability.
* Ability to work on the following schedule: * Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM * Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM * Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM * Saturday: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM (if you are unable to work one or more of the shifts listed above, please still fill out an application.
